Png convert to jpg, but was not resized

    Hello,

    In the settings I have specified the images to be resized to 600 x 600. I have also put a setting for PNG to convert to JPG.

    When I upload the JPG, it is resized as specified to 600×600. When I upload a PNG it converts to a JPG.

    However, the uploaded PNG file is converted to JPG, but it is not resized to 600×600, it stays the same size as it was for example 1000×1000. How can this inclusion be fixed?

    Hi ivanivanov18,

    I just tested it with a 1920×1080 png and it converted it to a jpg and limited the size to 600×338. Given that, it’s probably something either specific to the image or some other setting or plugin causing a conflict. Can you try a different image and verify if it works for you? More likely than not, in order to figure out the specific issue, we would have to look into it and get a debug log, so I would probably recommend sending in a support request to me here: https://ewww.io/contact-us/
