PNG files are often returning server errors when Imagify tries to compress them. Even the smallest PNG files (< 5kb) return the error. This has only started happening over the last few weeks for me.

    Hi @imoperations

I am sorry to hear about the issue!

Can you please clarify if you have already checked this guide to debug any issues that could be occurring? If not, feel free to check this and let me know how it goes.

    Best Regards,

    Hi Ionna,
I did check through the guide and can confirm that cURL is on 7.77.0, there are no self-requests being blocked, and the WP_MEMORY_LIMIT is set to 256M.

I added set_time_limit(0); to wp_config.php, but this did not help either.

    Hi @imoperations

Thank you so much for the updates.

Is the issue happening both when optimizing individually through the Media Library(List View) and when optimizing through the Bulk optimization page?

If it is possible to optimize the images individually and in order to help with the Bulk optimization procedure can you please try to install?our?Bulk Optimization Buffer?helper plugin to reduce the number of images optimized at once from?4 down to just 1, which?eases server load during optimization (works simply by activating – refresh Bulk page after).

If the above is not the issue I can recommend that you contact us through our support system so we can take a closer look.

Feel free to let me know what you think.

    Best Regards,

    Ioanna

It’s happening on the individual images. I don’t use the bulk optimiser as there are a lot of already optimised images loaded
