PO-file not working

    I’m testing the Popper theme in my local dev environment using MAMP Pro, and I see that the included no_NO.po file is not working, i.e. nothing is translated when viewing the site in the browser. I’ve tested in Firefox 44.02 and Chrome 48.

    I have never experienced something like this before.
    Is this theme related, or is something wrong with the WP installation?
