PO_reverse_toggle_buttons is not defined

    Since upgrading to 9.4 I am unable to use any of the + controls on the Global Plugins page.

    Checking the console it shows

    admin.php?page=PO_global_plugins:191
    Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token <
    admin.php?page=PO_global_plugins:1111
    Uncaught ReferenceError: PO_reverse_toggle_buttons is not defined
    at admin.php?page=PO_global_plugins:1111

    I can still work with plugins on individual pages, but on this main page it is frozen.

    PS not sure if this is relevant but the site auto updated to 4.9.5 today. Also I tried disabling ALL plugins but this one and the issue persisted.

    I’m running 4.9.5 and have no issues. Try creating a plugin filter to disable all plugins on the global plugins page and see if the issue still exists.

    Thank you for the ideas Jeff. I tried but no luck in solving it.

    But then I went to a dev site and tried a load of different ideas until in the end I discovered there was an errant block of code I’d added to functions.php in the theme. Removed that and it’s working fine.

    Glad you got it figured out. Cascading errors can be a pain in the rear.
