Pod archive page shows the value of and not the label of Custom Defined Options

I put in my custom archive php page this
$cladding_type = get_post_meta( get_the_ID(), ‘cladding_type’ , true);
echo $cladding_type
and it shows the value
What can i add to the archive so it shows the label too?

Hello Jory,
Yes i mean the field label.
So i created a field for my pod – simple relationship – Custom Defined Options
and it has 4 options that have value label
Is there anyway to add it in this category archive?
In pods templates if i put {@cladding_type} it shows the label and if i put {@cladding_type,value} shows the value.
