Podcast Feed Disappeared

    Hi,
    I just upgraded to the newest version of SM this morning. After I did this, my podcast feed disappeared. I have added new sermons since I upgraded, but they are not listed either. I’m not sure what I’m missing here.

    https://www.oumbc.org/sermons is the archive page. But none of them show up in the feed.

    feeds.feedburner.com/oumbcbg is the feed page that iTunes points to.

    Before I upgraded, there were 87 sermons there. Now there are none. I tried changing the setting under Settings->Reading to 10, then 50, then 100, but that did not make any difference.

    Any help is appreciated.

  • Hey @carterclanbg,

    First thing to try is to clear cache if you have any caching plugins.

    If that doesn’t solve the problem, check PHP version. If it’s lower than 5.6, upgrade to 5.6 and try again. (check with your hosting provider if you don’t know how to do it)

    If neither thing helped, could you send some temporary WordPress & FTP or cPanel logins to [email protected]?

    Unfortunately, we can’t reproduce the issue on our end.
