podcasting help please

clueless about how to best set up a podcast via wordpress. currently have a regular old blog. running 2.7. put in the podcasting plugin and am clueless about how and where to upload my movie so that i can enter the url in the appropriate box. it’s a mov file btw, from quicktime.

any help will be much appreciated. thanks.
