Podpress plugin Setup

I would like to know the way to setup the podpress plugin after the installation. How do you setup the general setting and the player setting and how you link the file to the post.
I tried to link the audio file to the post, but when I view the post, it asked if I want to open or save it. I did not see the audio image.
