• It looks like I’m having problems with podcast for some reason. For example: For some reason, even though I’m telling podpress that the file is located here (as in, in the details when I’m typing up a new post):

    [audio src="https://www.favouritefive.com/podcast/FavouriteFive%20episode%202%20-%20Lies%20That%20Kids%20Believe.mp3" /]

Then when I post the entry, all the links in the actual podpress section of the blog are pointing it to:

    [audio src="https://www.favouritefive.com/podpress_trac/web/10/0/FavouriteFive%20episode%202%20-%20Lies%20That%20Kids%20Believe.mp3" /]

That folder doesn’t even exist! I don’t know what is going on. If anyone can help me, or suggest a much better plugin than Mighty Seek’s Podpress, please do!!

    –Dan.

  • I have the same problem.

I tell podpress where the file is, but the rss is to the same non-existent folders: example.com/podpress_trac/web/10/0/

    Please help!!

I found other people stuck with podpress problems. I switched to Powerpress and had my podcast feed working perfectly in minutes. Switch! (There’s even legacy support to migrate over to Powerpress.)

I disabled podpress statistics. The link switched back to the correct link after I did that.
