Our website is getting a mobile app version but we’re having trouble syncing the data to the mobile app.

The above link is the request that’s getting put in.

We get this error a bunch of times and then a critical error:

Notice: Trying to access array offset on value of type null in /www/ntcommunity_649/public/wp-content/plugins/pods/classes/PodsAPI.php on line 5027

Do you guys have any idea how we can resolve this? or do we need to find a workaround?

    Thanks

    Hi @refuelcreativeadam

That line is related to relationship fields.
Could you try clearing your Pods cache just to be sure?

If that doesn’t help, could you file a bug report on GitHub with all info so we can reproduce your installation?

    Hi @keraweb

Clearing the cache didn’t help. What info do you need to reproduce the installation? Alternatively I have a staging site set up that I could give you access to

    Thanks

Please create a bug through the link I provided. All info will be asked there ??
If you have a staging site you can add details there.

Closing topic here in favor of GitHub!

    Hi @keraweb,

I’ve reported this issue in GitHub like you requested https://github.com/pods-framework/pods/issues/5952

Do you have any idea what kind of timeframe I would be looking at before this can be resolved? We need to know if we should postpone the app launch until this is resolved or just launch without that functionality.

    Thanks

I’m happy to get fixes like these out quickly if it’s really needed. I can gather this and a few other fixes for another Pods 2.7.x release this week or next week if that works for you. What’s your timeframe?

    Hi @sc0ttkclark,

We were looking to release by the end of next week. If you could do it this week or next week that would be awesome.

    Thanks

    Hi @sc0ttkclark

Just wondering if you’ve been able to get that fix out. I haven’t seen any updates or anything.

No not yet, I’m working on a release today.

Sent a reply on the GitHub issue, looks like I can fix the notice but not the fatal in this case because the fatal is a timeout due to the depth setting on your relationship field for the REST API responses.

Hi @sc0ttkclark @keraweb something I’ve just noticed with this. Is that I’m unable to set it to only return the ID. I can select the option and hit save but then if I go back and check it, it’s changed back to “Full”. Any idea why?
