I had to disable it. The error log indicates memory limit issue, but I increased it and still it crashes.

PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 1073741824 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes) in … wp-content/plugins/pods/includes/data.php on line 363

PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 1073741824 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes) in … /plugins/pods/src/Pods/Whatsit/Storage.php on line 115

PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 1073741824 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 262144 bytes) in/plugins/pods/classes/PodsView.php on line 175

I can share the error log privately. PODS is currently disabled.

Here is what my hosting company told me:
Per my check, plugin caused spikes in Physical Memory Usage. Thus, access to WordPress admin is working from time to time. Unfortunately, increasing of PHP memory limit did not help to fix the issue permanently. You may consult with the web-developer expert regarding optimizing the plugin in order for it to consume less resources. I am afraid there is nothing can be done from the server side.

The front end is fine, but I cannot access the WP dashboard while PODS is active.

    That’s a gigabyte of memory.
Do you have something in your code or configuration that might cause an infinite loop?
Are you doing any custom queries that have page limit set to -1?

For sharing the rest of the log, feel free to send a DM on https://support.pods.io/chat/

If possible to get a Pods package export, that may be helpful in reproducing.

Could it be that you are using either the Yoast Duplicate Post or Essential Grid plugin?

I am using Yoast Duplicate Post. I did try disabling it, but the crash still happens when I activate PODS.

Did you check for other plugin conflicts?

Found this to be an issue with SEOPress Pro 5.3.1.

    Hi Benjamin,

I made a support request via my SEOPress account, and I have share a link there to a zipped file containing my website’s files and db. Thank you!

@hpthatsme thank you, we’ll check this!
