PODS fields pulling content from other posts?

Is there a way to reference data from other post types in a custom post type? For example, I have post types x, y and z. I want a new “x post” to display some content for which I create fields, and then at the bottom I want it to display some clickable content taken from an existing y post and an existing z post, as a sort of “look at these posts next”. The obvious way to do it is to create fields for the content I want to display and then cut/paste the info from the other posts into the fields but that’s a lot more work than just saying “display the image and title of post_id 3421”. I should mention I’m using beaver builder for the page template. TIA!
