Pods Form in Front End not showing

Hi,

I tried to use a pods-form in the front-end to edit records. I use the following short-code:

[pods-form name="miap-unit" id="2671" label="Test" fields="unit-news-title, unit-news"]

The title of the pods field is shown correctly. However, the input field is missing. When I Submit the form it changes the entry to an empty string. As I understood it, the pod-form should automatically show the same input field (e.g. a text box or text editor) as in the back-end. Do I have to add anything to make it work?

Below the form I use ths shortcode:

[pods name="miap-unit" id="2671" field="unit-description"]

Which perfectly shows the entry of the field.
