Pods Framework Taxonomy not linking

Hi,

I have a relationship field setup as indicated in the image below:

When ever I create a custom post type with a “Relationship [type: pick]” with a check box or a dropdown list, nothing happens when I check or select an option. The relationship / taxonomy / category filters are fully populated as indicated below:

What can I do to enable to relationship fields to tag my custom post type. I want the custom post types to have the custom taxonomies attached, so that I am able to retrieve and filter according to the relationship / taxonomy selected option.
