    “When a user requests cash, their points are not deducted from their account immediately. Points are only deducted from the user’s account when the admin approves the request. However, I want the points to be deducted immediately from the user’s dashboard so that the user cannot use the same points for shopping until the request is approved.”

    Hello @abreex,

    The user cannot hack the system as we have put a check on users balance. If the user has insufficient balance an error message is visible to the admin which says insufficient balance. Then admin can cancel the withdraw request of the user by choosing cancelled option from the dropdown menu. Hence, it cannot be paid out as the user doesn’t have the required balance.
