Point/Leaderboard System

Hello! Sorry, I’m a newbie to web development and such, I was looking for guidance on how to do something fairly specific.

I would like a leaderboard where people can record a Win or Loss, and link a website, updating a leaderboard on the main page, sorting by Highest to Lowest wins, or Highest to Lowest Losses.

Apologies for this being so specific, and I know there are extensions that do something similar, but I’m not in a position to spend an unordinary amount of money as this is an indie project between friends!

Note; I’m using UltimateMember for the Member/Profile system.

Note 2; I’m using the GoDaddy extension of WordPress
