Points and order status ?

Hi,
Does this plugin only assign points for an order in status “wc-completed” ?
I wonder about that because I use the plugin of a shipping agent (colissimo) and their plugin automatically switch order to a new status (colissimo livré – shipped) without going through the status “wc-completed”.
And I notice an order without points earned.
I tried to manually assign points: not possible , just a pop up telling me “click here” and a button “OK” …
Could this lack of points earned and the impossibility of adding points to the customer, be due to the fact that the order status is not in “wc-completed” ?
