Points are not being awarded when manually assigned

    Hi there,

    I have achievements created which are set to Admin Awarded Only.

    When awarding them, they do not show up in the achievements panel in buddypress profile, and also the points do not get added to the users total points.

    If I look at the achievements page it does show the user under “People who have earned this:”

    But that is all. There is no email and no points given to the user.

    We have double-checked the mentioned badge configurations in our environment. Upon testing, admin awarded badges are being awarded, and are visible on the Profile, and emails are being sent to users. It seems like the issue is related to your website’s plugin stack and requires debugging. Please submit a support ticket through this link and we’ll take it from there.
