This is in development. We have not upgraded to WordPress 5.

In Points Settings, we are unable to change the defaults for this setting: “Assign points for every product purchased”.

Ideally, we’d like to set this to 0 points, for whichever dollar amount increment. If we could change it to 1 point for every $1000, or $10,000, this would suffice. However, when we make changes, they are not saved.

    Questions:
? Is selecting 0 points a Premium feature?
? Is selection of anything different from defaults a Premium feature?
? Are there plans to make these an option for either the free plan, or the Premium plan?
? Is WordPress 5 required for functionality?

To reiterate, we do not care to reward people with points for spending money. We only want to be able to reward points manually to users.

This issue is localized. We are having some sort of issue with our database, or there may be a plugin conflict. We were able to save Points Settings by switching to an older database, which suggests a conflict or an issue with the newer database.

If someone else has this issue, I’d recommend checking for plugin conflicts and making sure you have a stable database environment.
