    Hi Gamipress team,

    When using the Points Exchanges add-on (https://gamipress.com/add-ons/gamipress-points-exchanges/) – we cannot get the emails to send to users (eg. when points are added or deducted).

    We have the settings all set to send…. and test emails send ok, but when a real life exchange happens on the front end, no emails are sent to the user to confirm when they have done.

    We have made sure that we haven’t checked the button “Disable sending of points awards/points deductions earned emails.”

    All other emails work fine on our site and I can see the test emails being sent via our SMTP plugin (Fluent SMTP).

    Could you help?
