    Hi, I am using the Points and Rewards for WooCommerce. I am trying to modify the “Points Expiration” -> “Points Expiry Notifications”.
    Although I have modified the wordings in the three types of notifications, only one notification works and the other two do not have any effect.
    The notification emails sent to users are still using the previous default wordings.

    1.) Does not work – “Enter the Message for notifying the user about they have reached their Threshold”
    2.) Does not work – “Re-notify Message before some days”
    3.) Working – “Message when Points has been Expired”

    Would you please suggest how we can check the issue?
    Below are the screen capture for your reference.

    Only the third notification works fine.

    Moreover, is there any send test message button to test the notification email?
    Currently we need to set the “Set Expiration Time” and “Email Notification (Re-Notify Days)” to 1 and receive the notification on the next day. This is very not convenient.

    Hello,

    Once the points reach the threshold email notification will automatically be sent after 24 hours because we set the Cron to run after 24 hours also this feature is only available for the pro version.

    If you want to check then you can check by run the Cron manually with the help of any cron plugin.

    Understand the cron job concept. We are using the pro version and can receive the notification email after 24 hours. But can you please answer my main query – The Points Expiry Notification custom message does not have effect. There are 3 notification messages in the same section, only one works. It should be the plugin issue.
