    using woocommerce and wcfm. i want a complaint points system which is to get complaints from the customers about a store.. complaint types are
    1. Shipping
    2. wrong item
    3. broken item
    4. refund
    5. other

    if a customer post a complain about shipping of vendor 5 points will be added, and another customer about a wrong item 10 points will be added and that vendor will have 15 complain points in total.

    how to maintain complaint points likewise for each seller? can it be done from this plugin?

    Hello,

    The plugin’s compatibility with wcfm hasn’t been tested. Therefore, the plugin won’t be able to achieve what you’re looking for.
