Points for previous orders?

    Hello
    I have a question before downloading this plugin. I would like to know if all the previous orders on my shop will be converted into points?

    Thanks for reaching out & your interest in Gratisfaction!

    No, points are not automatically given for the orders made prior to the installation of the Gratisfaction app. That said, if you would like to reward points for such orders, please email us a CSV file with the user name, user email address and total points you’d like to reward and we will upload this for you. Once you install the app, please email us at [email protected] and we can send you a sample file format.
