Points Not Collected

    Hello,

    When customers make orders through the site, at the checkout it says ‘you will collect xyz points with this order’ but when it goes through – no points are collected.

    We have checked the plugin settings and can’t seem to see anything which would be conflicting with this function.

    Have you checked that the order-status is “compelted” ?

    Yes even when the orders are completed no points are collected.

    Hello there,
    I made a test in local and the plugin is working fine on our side.
    Did the customer create an account during the checkout?
