points not unlocking achievements

Hi there, I sent this as a support ticket but wanted to put on here also as it’s quite urgent.

I have been in contact with you over Facebook Messenger and your support was very good. I recently updated to the new gamipress version with the new database and i am having a lot of problems which I didn’t have before. This is the last thing I need to do before launching my site but the problem is very major and Gamipress is not working properly.

Here is the problem:

I have created a Points Type, and users earn 1 of these points when they get a 70% minimum Learndash quiz score. These points are tallying correctly without problem

However, the achievements are not unlocking properly. I created an achievement and set it to unlock with a minimum number of earned points (the same Points Type above). I set it to unlock at 2 points. However, when the user earns these 2 points, the achievement doesn’t unlock.

So I then tried a different strategy. I set the achievement to unlock after Completing Steps. I set the steps as follows – the achievement will unlock once the step of completing 2 quizzes at 70% minimum is achieved. However, I complete 1 quiz at 70% only (not 2) yet now the achievement unlocks after only 1 70% score. I also tried changing the Completing Steps to ‘reaching certain number of points’. This also does not work and the achievement unlocks after only 1 point instead of 2.

I tried deleting the plugin, reinstalling, cleaning all data, removing all data in the ‘Tools’ menu, but the problem persists. I never had this problem before in the old version.

I am desperate as I can’t launch my website without gamipress working properly. Thanks for your help and assistance.
