Points not updated for one customer

Hi,
I am using the free version of your plugin and something strange happened..
Our setting is that customers will get 1 point per order amount. So meaning that if a customer purchase an amount of $100, he/she will get 100 points.
This works on most of our customers but there is one customer that after we mark the order as completed, her points did not increase… May I know what could be the cause?
In fact, this happens to all her orders… but for other customers, most of them gotten the points after we mark order as completed.
Appreciate if you can share where can I look at for this strange issue?
