Polar question – cannot see the draggable slider

    Hello,

    thank you for creating this great plugin. I’d wish my client buys its full version.
    We are trying it now, and for some reason, when trying out the “Polar” question type, the draggable slider between A and B answer isn’t visible. There is always only the line (I’ve tried the default WordPress templates too, same problem).
    Thank you for any insights.

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    The issue is not happening at our end. So, I suggest you to kindly check for plugin or theme conflict on your website. The fastest way to rule out conflicts is to deactivate all plugins and switch to a standard theme like?Twenty Twenty. If this resolves the issue, you have indeed a conflict. You can then switch back to the theme you are using to check if you can reproduce the issue. If the issue isn’t reproduced when your theme is active, you can enable one plugin at a time to check when the issue reappears. Doing this will narrow down the conflict to a specific plugin or a theme conflict.

    Let me know if this resolves the issue or not.

    I’ve figured out two things:

    – When ThemeRex Addons plugin is activated, the draggable slider doesn’t show.
    – Because I had “0” value at both answers in the polar question, it wasn’t possible to move the draggable slider even when it was shown. I was confused about this, I thought that adding points to polar is optional…
