Polish characters displaying as unicode

    Hello,

    i have a problem with the correct entry of Polish characters into the database.

    I have created additional form fields in the panel regarding e.g. the customer’s address.

    The form works fine, tickets are added correctly. Unfortunately, some fields value are saved to the database without Polish characters. For example “u0105” instead of “?”.

    Is there any possibility of solving such a problem?

    Hi,

    Are you using the latest version?

    If you are adding data in the old version, edit it and re-enter the field values, the problem will be solved.
