After updating to 2.0.4.1, screens with political agitation began to appear (code screenshot). I consider this unacceptable. Is this someone’s sabotage or is this the position of the plugin developers? Today you show propaganda – tomorrow you break my site.

    Hi @novoleg

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. In our plugin, we use a dependency library (sweetalert2) for creating responsive and accessible (WAI-ARIA) modals, and we updated that library to the latest version.

We did not realize that the author of that library had added political messages because it only shows when the browser language is set to Russian and tld is .ru, .su, and .рф.

We have released an updated version (2.0.4.2) of our plugin to revert to an older version of that library which does not have the message, and we will be working on eliminating this dependency library entirely in the future.

I personally want to apologize to you for any inconvenience this may have caused. We believe in the open web and we just want to create good tools that help small businesses around the world improve their digital presence.
