Poll does not appear, even though it active

    Hi Lester,

    mysterious phenomenon: I inserted two active polls in a published post. But instead of showing the polls, the message “Sorry, no polls active” appears.

    Poll start and end date are not the problem. Polls are within the periods.

    Do you have a hint to found the no-shows?

    1. Are you using a caching plugins? Because this plugin is not compatible with any.
    2. Check wp_pollsq table and see the corresponding pollq_active value of the poll to ensure it is 1.

    Hi Lester,

    the website does not have a caching plugin and the values in the db-table are 1.
    Strange, isn’t it?

    That is weird, how are you including the polls to your page?

    I am using the shortcode, pasted into Gutenberg Editor.

    Hmm not sure if that works. I have not tried Gutenberg yet. My guess is the shortcode has some issues or Gutenberg converted wrongly the shortcode.
