Poll not loading javascript after server crash

Hi! I need a little help please.

Recently I installed wp-polls and it worked like charm. A few days ago, my server crashed when I was clicking here and there on the poll admin page.

After a reboot, wp-polls acts a little goofy since then. Here is a list.

1. Javascript does not load in WordPress frontend. (Console Error message: Uncaught ReferenceError: poll_vote is not defined)

2. Shortcode in html widget no longer working. I fixed it by switching to wp-poll widget.

I tried Deactivate and Re-Activate the plugin, but nothing works. How do I get it to work again? Thanks for your time.
