Poll plugin with email-confirmation of answers (like double opt-in)

Hope I am writing in the correct place…

I need a WordPress plugin for surveys/polls that allows an open poll (WITHOUT logging in as WP-user, via Facebook, …), in which the user needs to enter her/his e-mail address. The user’s answers should then be sent to her/his e-mail adress, where the user needs to confirm the results by a link in that e-mail for the answers to be valid. Just like a double opt-in function.

In addidion it would be great if the e-mail field had a whitelisting function by domain.
