• Installed easy.
Requires a login to the company.
    Poll created easily.
Poll worked in all browsers but not in IE 9. Produced a CSS error to download a theme.
No vote button on the polls which was odd to me and made the poll seem less valuable.
The knowledge base had no articles on CSS in it.
The product has paid versions, but the free version isn’t quite sufficient.

Changed my rating to a 5 from a 2. The IE 9 failure looks like it was in our CDN network. The polling works today fine. Support was amazingly quick. They tell me there is a vote button option. So I would conclude the free version will work well for us until we buy something.

    Hi Douge,

    Thanks for the feedback.

    Regarding your reservations:

    1) IE9 – we’ll look into it, didn’t know about this issue
    2) Re. vote button – actually we have both polls with a vote button and polls without one. The rational is that if you want to vote for only one side, 1 click is enough, rather than two. If you prefer to have a button even with one side (we actually don’t recommend it) you can do that by clicking the “Allow more than one answer and allowing only one). In any case if you allow more than one sides, you always have a button too
    3) Re. CSS (I’m assuming for creating your own theme?), we offer a robust poll theme editor, here are details: https://blog.opinionstage.com/poll-style-studio/ , we don’t yet provide a CSS, but that’s a product decision (would love to get your feedback on what couldn’t be done with it)
    4) Re. the paid/free – we try to offer a good balance, although we do need to make a living somehow (:

In any case, I’d be happy to offer you a few month free for our premium account in exchange for your feedback on how we can get better.

If that interests you, please contact [email protected],

    Best – Assaf
