Poll with user-suggested answers

Yes this is a cool idea for users to suggest new items the democracy plugin does this but they not implementing it correctly. The best way to do it is let people suggest new items to add to a poll/vote list and they will see if it’s already been suggested. Admin can then say allow X suggestions to be added to the official poll if it has been suggested more than X times. So it’s kind of like a preliminary list of new suggestions that only get bumped into the official voting poll list once they get enough up votes from users.
