Did you use the shortcode in the poll archive page?

I can’t reproduce this problem, it works fine on my install https://lesterchan.net/wordpress/pollsarchive/

omg you use Twenty sixteen too, so this is going to make my trouble shooting easier. So basically I need to put some sort of short code onto my pollsarchive page I created?

I always use the default theme and no other plugins (besides my own) to reproduce.
