Poloray theme – Link to blog posts while using static home page?

Normally I just use a static page for the home page and another page for blog/posts. This is done under WP Settings -> Reading

However, using the Poloray theme settings, there only seems to be one setting for page/posts on/off and under the WP Reading Settings it has to stay set on recent posts for the Poloray theme to show it’s own static home page content.

So, if I am using Poloray as my theme for it’s static front page content, how do I create a link to a listing of blog posts? (such as a button labeled “News”)
