Polylang

I am trying to create a bilingual (French and English) version of a website using Polylang.
So far, I have created two sets of menus and five pages. On the home page, I can toggle between the two languages, and successfully display the menu items (links to the various pages) in the two language.
The problem starts when I click on any of those French language menu items: the page is served up in the original (language).
I am probably not explaining this very well, but a cursory look at the website in question will demonstrate the problem.
Any help / suggestions would be very gratefully received.
