    Hello,

I am currently using PressApps Knowledge Base and I wanted to migrate to BetterDocs plugin, but as I’m also using Polylang for site translations and for translating the knowledge base, it seems that your plugin is not completely compatible with Polylang as I cannot migrate correctly the current content, it has migrated the content but it didn’t link the translation of the articles. It seems that Polylang (free) has the possibility to translate custom post types but you need to activate it in the settings for each new custom post type, so if the migration of the content is done and the Polylang option for the new custom post type is not yet activated, the content is migrated without the language statement (custom field that is declaring the language and it’s translations).

Once we have run migration once it seems that we cannot do it again as there’s no option to do it, and we cannot clear the plugin settings in order to see again the onboarding screen (maybe you can share the link as I don’t have it). I’ve also requested a way to clean the plugin settings after uninstall so that at reinstall I can see the onboarding and redo the import (https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/option-to-clean-the-db-after-uninstall/)

    Thank you for your help.

Your feedback is valuable to us, and we appreciate your patience as we work on improving BetterDocs to meet the needs of our diverse user base. We are committed to delivering a seamless experience for all our users, regardless of their choice of translation plugin.

I will surely inform you soon about the update.
