Polylang conflicts in 4.4.2

Did you also tried to select your blog page (default settings) to your homepage? By a default installation of WordPress is your homepage (www.domain.com) always your blogpage. I hope this will help you if you know what I mean?

Yes, I tried to set to my Blog, and then reset to a static page but I couldn’t.

That’s weird. Did you updated everything (WordPress/plug-ins)? Maybe you can reset a back-up if you have one earlier this week? I think it’s a conflict between your WordPress and Polylang.

Hi~, I have the same problem. I updated the latest Polylang plugin a few days ago and my front page’s gone!!! (Became my blog page!) I was very worried and found out the reason, it was the update! After the updating, the other pages look ok but my front page shows er… kind of my blog page!(I deleted all the blogs) I deleted all the posts and now my front pages is just blank with a side bar…

My front pages is setting like this:
front page displays = don’t show any posts or page

This guy had a similar problem to mine.

When I deactivate Polylang, everything is ok. (The front page comes back) I can see my front page but when I activate Polylang, the front page’s gone.

p.s.) I use Customizr theme.

I updated everything! (WordPress/Plug-ins etc). It still won’t work.

Maybe you can active first another theme. You can check if everything works fine. If it’s work, you can reactive your first theme. Maybe is there any conflict between your theme and Polylang. (Watch out: After active another theme, your settings in customizer are maybe gone).

P.S. Please check your customizer and select your page what you want as your homepage.
