    Hello:

    Since some days ago I detected that our web is not loading properly at Firefox, I. Explorer (under Windows) and Safari (under Mac), it works only for Chrome (Windows and Mac).

    It shows a strange chain of characters like:

    “??}?rG??C?I????$?Q???(?[???e??ZF?*??PU?I?V?????o??ì&?c#6B????=?dfUP )JV{f??:y;y?y2so??????h?O< ?p?? w?I??’n4??Xo?o?8?&b??6?C7??![?? ?????v??,? ??L$)K?Qxl?O?O3?a”3f???5?f??D?+???w?(w???Y ???? ??a??`?p??C7?=?E??x?X?????m|???~f”?\9~X==Uc?H&9??^??)???PV?+?????T??????==b?l{??w?????-?_[??????m?Y???Gl??!?d97?i?o??mF[?c???O??珿??aY?Y?]U???5\Ut{U?r?”

    I have deactivated all the plugins and activated them 1 by 1, and the one causing the problem is Polylang.

    Can you help me to fix this?

    Adding new info: Issue only happens to “not logged in” users, and the second time they visit (or if they reload the page or try to navigate inside).

    And then, it happens also in Chrome (for those not logged in users).

    Hi
    I tested your blog with I. Explorer (under Windows) and I didn’t reproduce your issue.

    Hi

    Problem solved. It was a crash with an old trace of cache plugin not correctly uninstalled.

    Best,
