polylang for wordpress multisite feature

Hi there polylang team
i am looking to buy polylang but here is my concern

I have created multilingual website with 4 languages in subfolders.
I used wordpress multisite feature from the start

example.com/ english version
example.com/es/ spanish version
example.com/fr/ french version
example.com/de/ German version

can polylang help insert the hreflang tags between these languages despite the fact that i used wordpress multisite feature from the start and not polylang?

i also want to insert a language switcher somewhere in the footer or header of the site.
can polylang do that?
