Polylang: how to translate step by step

  • I have a website that I want to make multi lingual with polylang.
    How can I do this step by step. I want to translate it page by page. It will take me some time.
    So maybe every week a few pages will be translated.
    Is that possible to do so without any SEO negative impact?
    Website is now one language, I want just to add another one.
