Polylang incompatible with my theme. What could I do?

  • Hi,
    I discovered a conflict between Polylang plugin and my theme. I wrote to the team of my theme. They replied: “We never made our theme polylang compatible”.

    My question is: Their reply means that I could never use Polylang?
    or
    Is it still possible to find a way for doing it compatible?

  • Hi, your options are:

    • fix the conflict in the theme yourself
    • use another theme that is either Polylang compatible or has more competent developers)
    • do not use Polylang

    If you can describe the conflict (name the theme, provide error messages etc.), you might even get some help here.
