Polylang is hiding my image files

    I have over 500 images on my website.
    With Polylang plugin enabled, I can only see 11 images if I am in English or 26 if I have switched to Chinese.
    When I disable Polylang I can see all my images.

    Is there aq solution for this?

    Hello,

    That’s probably because you did not assign a language to your images. See: https://polylang.pro/doc/working-with-media/

    Thanks Chouby,
    what I didn’t mention, but should have is that the site was fully working and all images viewable until I upgraded the polylang plugin from 2.6.7 to 2.6.8.

    After that the site wouldn’t display any images.

    I suggest that you look for another change for the source of your issue as we did not change anything related to media in 2.6.8. Maybe you accidentally changed the option to translate the media.

    Hi Chouby,

    Thanks so much! I went back and reread your comment about working with media and consequently deactivated the media setting.

    Everything is now working fine and I can see all the images.
