Polylang Loco Translate Dual Language Site

I am using Loco translate plugin https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/loco-translate/ to translate theme and polylang for dual language site. I have problems with custom taxonomy terms, i cant translate them totally. Here is the screenshoot https://prntscr.com/att3v2 . Do you know why i have this problem, some are translated, some not. I use this code for those labels
$x = ‘<fieldset class=”search-field”><label>’.__( str_replace(“_”,” “,ucwords($tax)) , “FoodRecipe”).'</label>. They are registered like this
