I installed polylang on my test website, and see no errors. Could you explain what exactly isn’t working?

    Hi thanks for getting back.
Did you also install the polylang extension for CF7 and make another language version of your test form? Polylang is not the issue but CF7 polylang module as it seems.
I have a form with conditions that works fine without the module activated.
It has hidden mandatory fields which, if not selected when hidden, sends the form as should. When module activated I have a form which is the translation.
The hidden fields are still hidden but if they are mandatory the form is won’t get sent.

Does this make sense to you?
    Let me know. ??

Makes sense, but I’m not going to look into that for now. For multilingual websites, I copy my CF7 forms. It’s a bit more work, but because it is already possible with this well known work-around, I don’t want to invest my time in making my plugin (wich is an extension on an existing plugin) work with another extension of another existing plugin. Frankly, this is a bit too much of a specific use case for me. Hope you understand. You could always try the CF7 Polylang support forum though.

    I will try that, yes.
To understand that right, you just dupliacte, change language and show the right form for the lang selected, right?

just duplicate the form, so you end up with 2 forms. You translate one of the forms to the language you prefer. At this point you have 2 shortcodes. You add the first shortcode to the page in your first language, and add the second shortcode to the page in your second language.

Yes, I was actually thinking about doing the same. Great, I guess you can mark this at solved. Thank you for your help.
