Polylang plugin issues with Flash FT:Slider

    Hello,

    I have Flash pro installed and cannot get my problem resolved by the Flash support.

    We have two languages installed on our website English (default) and French.

    We use the plugin FT:Slider on our home page. “One day” it started not to work properly on the French home page while working fine on the English home page.
    On the French home page images are displayed one above the other in the height of the page.

    Because we cannot get an answer from the Flash support, we are displaying only one image at this moment (so it does not look to crooked) but you can see that the two arrow to move right or left are placed below the image.

    If you copy the code of the French home into a fresh page (not home), it works perfectly. If you recreate a French page tighten to the English home it does not work either. If you copy the code from the English home to the French home, it does not work either.

    This is why I hope somebody has an idea of what to do. It is probably related to to Polylang….

    Please try installing and activating the Classic Editor plugin and then edit the page which has such issues and in the page editor click on page builder located at the top right of the editor and just click on update.

    Thank you for your answer, I already had this advise and, after installing the Classic Editor plugin, it does not work, I do not have the page builder on the top right.
    I’m using SiteOrigin Page Builder, that is, maybe, why.

    While checking your URL, it seems it’s working fine in the french homepage also. Please let us know if you’re still having this issue. Thanks.

    Hello Premi,
    Yes it is working because, as I wrote, I’m not using permalinks.
    So my pages are for example
    https://www.vigierguitars.com/?page_id=947&lang=fr
    instead of something like
    https://www.vigierguitars.com/fr/innovations
