Are you talking about the text strings in the plugin settings page or the tab text on the front end?

Can you point me to an online document that specifies what you need in this plugin in order for you to provide this for your customers?

I will be pushing up a patch release this week. If you can point me in the right direction for the poylang support you are looking for, I can apply a fix for that as well.
