Polylang – swiss language problem

Hello!
I have a weird problem, that I hope you guys can help me with.
The website I run uses polylang and I’ve been told there’s an issue with the swiss language. People have opened the website in switzerland, and it works perfectly… except for in Basel – where it pulls the /de/ (german version) instead og /ch/ (swiss version).How can this be? Is it because Basel has borders towards Germany? ??
