now, when a customer click on the print icon, in ff it print also the entered form data, but in ie only the form is showing up, without any form entry made by customers.
what am i doing wrong? is there a way to fix this?

Can you share a link? IE has an issue with ID’s that have a hyphen (-) in the name.
Do you by change have the jQuery fix.clone activated in the plugin settings page?

    Grützi Andrea!
Just to verify this is ONLY happening in IE?
    Which version of IE, exactly?
Are you experiencing this on multiple computers?
If this is an truly an IE issue, we’ll do what we can to help you get this resolved, but most IE issues can only be resolved on a Friday or over the Weekend, as the better part of a bottle of Bourbon is required to temper the taste of licking the cement block that is IE.

Jep, this happens in IE only. My current version is 11.0.9600.17801
After your reply i’ve tried it on a second machine on FF and IE and … now i have a blank page (IE only, version 9.0.8112.16421) ??
I hope the bottom of the bottle show the way lol
    Again, thanks for helping

    Baden,

At your request, I am joining this conversation here in regards to my post here

I just purchased a pro license (***8413) for print-O-matic to help support your drinking habit.

My hope is to get this resolved before weekend, as this is for a client project I am working on.

    Thanks for the support.

    Andrea,
Not an official release, but you are more than welcome to help test.
We welcome any reports you care to share of your findings!

    Moin! Andrea,

Yes, there is an issue with the input text field not being properly cloned in IE.
We are working on an IE work-around for this… getting a bit of grey hair in the process.
We’ll keep you updated on the next test candidate.

Thank you for your patience. Fret not, we’ll get this issue resolved… despite the “bourbon-only-on-weekends-and-certainly-not-at-10:30-in-the-morning-rule” we foolishly agreed to in our drinking contract.
